Hello, I am fairly thin.. and want to put on some weight on my arms because they are really thin..
I bought 2x 1.5, 2x 3, and 2x 5, dumbells...
I don't understand anything about reps, balbla.. so can someone tell me what I should be doing? at the moment, i'm just sitting here at the computer and endlesslly doing lifting the 3kg weights, but not much seems to happen.. I heard i should lift weights one day, then stop the next? Is this true? Please help
