please help...tiny calves!

thankyou all for the awesome advice.
i actually know of a couple hills that are about 15-20 feet high that arent far away, so i can bring my weighted vest over there and sprint up some hills for some reps every other day!

im going to take some before/afters of them too.

and FF, i will take that advice and gain some weight lol. im on it man!!!
 
maybe take soem of the calve advice too goofy!
 
That is funny, I never even thought of the calves like that.. Like forearms.. Makes sense I suppose. I do calf raises though along with all the other leg work. Works for me. Dumbbell single leg calf raises I suppose to be more specific.

Really? I have the opposite problem. My forearms grow faster than my biceps. When I was doing massive amounts of pull-ups, my forearms grew faster. I guess people have a problem with forearms?

Calves, almost ANY cyclist has calves and quads, and an ass. Get on a bicycle, in a hard gear with the balls of your feet on the pedals (or buy clipless) and watch your legs grow. Likewise on a spin machine. Of course that's only half the battle, but you get the idea.
 
Donkey Calf Raises & Seated Calf Raises will do the job, like working on any part of your body though it requires good diet/clean eating for better healing.
 
Huge Calves = train the Soleus muscle as others have suggested.
