Please help me please

eat, eat, eat.

Hmmm

That picture is what i want to look like but if i just eat eat eat i will look nothing like that i will be just some ugly fat person with no build, he has got a good build

Dude if your only 14 your muscles will still be developing surely? Im not an expert but I saw my brother over the christmas holidays and hes got big, I'd not seen him in a long time so I noticed a big difference. Hes 17 and as far as Im aware hes only started lifting weights, I think this and a combination of him getting older plays a large role. Im experiencing the opposite problem to yourself at the moment Im looking to shift my weight due to years of bad diet and heavy drinking. When I was younger I had a decent physique through sports, I was never into bodybuilding but its something I've recently developed an interest in. But I heard that bodybuilding at a young age could harm your growth so be careful, and don't stress too much. As I said I prob had a similar build when I was your age but now Im 22 and Im finding myself trying to shift the fat! :(

Freelancer...the only way you're going to get that type of body is if you grow into the bone structure yourself, as well as become a fatass.

if you want to gain fat on you eat alot of meat, rice, bread, etc. Basically eat a **** load of carbs and protiens. I dont know why you would want to look like that tho. Hes a complet fat ass with no muscles. But just eat alot and lift weights at the same time.

If you don't put on fat like this guy, you ain't gonna look like him. If you don't have the bone structure of this guy, you ain't gonna look like him. But if you wannt try, sit on your ass all day, everyday until you pass out in the bucket of KFC sitting next to you. Repeat. Just one or two reps a day (usually).

Ok, so according to your personal goals of starting at 18, which I still can't figure out even after reading your explanations, you have a 3+ yrs.

Start by learning all you can with the the search engine, books, and magazines. A lot of this information will seem conflicting and confusing at first but you'll soon learn what works and doesn't work for you.

While learning through reading, for the next 3 yrs. get into a gym and start asking the more experienced trainers about their programs. Ask them to show you how to squat, bench, deadlift, and row properly. I promise you will not grow nor will you learn what works for you unless you get into a gym and start lifting weights.

Good luck!
