ok so i just got a new homegym for christmas. i want to get in the best shape of my life. I have a good amount of muscle. I am about 6 feet tall i am 14 years old, and i weigh about 200 lbs. I am in taekwondo(but i have to quit due to too much schoolwork and family stuff) and am looking to play football for my highschool next year(10th grade year). i dont know if i will be able too. i think i am going on vacation to the middle east( the country of jordan) to visit my dads side of the family. They are not really known for being fit. I don't want to be like the rest of them. when i go there i am really active. My older cousin just started body building over there so he knows where the gyms are(i want to try to get to em at least 3-4 times a week if i do go.) I think i will get my cardio from skateboarding around their cities. Also my grandpa has a big garden in their backyard so i can eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies. I will try to stay away from the fast food there.i just want to get rid of this fat and get in good shape. what is a good routine i coud use with this homegym? IMPEX 150-LB. STACK HOME GYM well mine is similar to this one. i am going to mix in a cardio routine. and also my skateboarding will help out w cardio. I also will need help on nutrition. f you can help me out with either of these things post here.
