please help me i got stocked

please help me lose more weight, i lost about 30 pounds in 7 months, and i am still working about and on diet but the thing is , i dont see any improvement, i dont lose anymore weight, i dont know why, i feel i am stock in 182 pounds, can you please show me what to do so i can lose more, my goal is 150 pounds
i will really appreciate if someone can help me in here

You will need to post your diet including the amount of calories, protein, fats etc that you have been getting and also post any info about your workouts.

If you don't post these people will not be able to point out where you may be able to make changes. If you post this info somebody will help you.

well i am serving in Iraq right now, and i really dont know how to count caleries in here i just guess though, but i will tell you what i eat.

Breakfast:
Bowl of serial and sometimes i eat yogort too.

lunch:
a piece of turkey or fish
a little bit of broccoli
a bowl of watermelon
a 2 cups of water

snack:
an apple

Dinner:
a piece of fish or meat just a small one
a little bit of mix vegie
a bowl of fruit or Jellie
and water

before i sleep around 9:00 PM
i eat one apple.

and i work out for more than an hour

40 min of Elliptical (sometimes i add another 10 min of Step Master)
and about 40 min of weight.


i am trying by best to lose weight but it seems it is stocked in here right now. i have only till mid Nov to go back home and i want to lose as much as i can before i go,

There's some basics you have to establish in your diet. Eat 5-7 small meals a day, with every one of them containing a source of protein. Eat plenty of veggies, and don't leave out healthy fats. You get some veggies in, but you aren't getting protein at every meal, and you are lacking on fats. What kind of weights are you doing exactly? That will factor in to your weight loss greatly if you are maximizing your workouts.
 
Well the weight i do, is each day is different, but i concentrate on my legs cuz that is where i have most weight, but i work out my arms too. do you have any advice what shouldi do ?
 
You can not spot reduce. You working your legs more because thats where the most fat will not focus on that fat. Work your body evenly and eat as clean as you can.

As stated, you cannot spot reduce.

Sounds to me like you got used to the elliptical machine for 7 months, if that's what you have been using. Anyway, since you're in the military, you got some handy stuff to use... *ahem*... boots and running are the best. So put on your boots, put some weights in a bag, and hop on the treadmill.

I say mix it up. Use the treadmill with boots, and I think you'll start loosing more weight.

To be honest, I think I'm in the same category as you. I lost about 40 pounds and I'm trying to lose more, but I have a plan that might work. I'll let you know about it in a few weeks, but one thing I did was stop using the elliptical and started using the treadmill for about 2.5 miles.
