I am 16 years old and i am now fitnessing and training for the past 7 months i lost 8 kg i lost almost 5% bodyfat from 18 to 12.5 or something i didnt check it accurately. My problem is now i am 170cm 61.5 kilos and i am trying to get abs. I know if i have fat overlaying my ab muscle it wont show my abs.
Now my question is i am doing high intensive cardio for 25-30 minutes long 3 times a week.
My nutrition is not the best but i tend to not eat alot of junk,fat,carb foods.
7:20 i eat 2 slices peanut butter bread
10:30 1 slice of peanut butter bread with a pack of WICK (drink brand)
12:30 1 slice of peanut butter bread with 1 pack of Wicky (drink)
16:30 2 boiled eggs 200gr boiled potatos with a cup of semi skimmed milk
18:30 200gr chickenbreast / sometimes beaf / sometimes red meat
Later on the day i eat FRUIT more then 200grs like apples,oranges etc.
I only get the maximum of 1500 calories and my BMR IS 1656 around that way.
Now i feel bad for my self cause everytime i am watching my abs seeing if there is any further proces i dont see alot of them i am gonna add some pictures lAter on the day. Its like when i am doing my workouts its like i am not losing fat and dont get results and definition of my abs. cuz i am working my but to get that layer of fat gone.
So please advice me what i can do to drop my 12-13% body fat to 10% or less
