Hey guys im a 14 year old male im quiet short 4ft 7 and like 45 kg my arms are very skinny and i look very weak but i have alittle fat in my stomache im starting to do this before sleeping:
10 pushups>15 2.2kg dumbell reps>10 pushups>50 crunches>10 pushups>15 dumbell reps
will i get any results from this if no or its not good enough can you please advice me
BTW im a muslim so its Ramadan for me and i cant eat from like 3:30-7:30
im doing this so i can do tricks like 360 flips backflips etc.
