hey guys i just need some advice here. im 21 years old, 5'11 and i weigh 173 pounds with a 15% body fat. 3 years ago, i used to weigh 230 pounds and that is the most ive weighed before.
the problem is that my body shape is just so weird, my stomach looks flabby and my love handles is flabby as well, although every body part of mine looks okay. its like a pear-shape and it looks ridiculous. im so embarssed to take my shirt off.
i work hard at the gym 4 days a week. i lift weights for an hour and do cardio for 30 minutes. on my days off i do interval cardio. in terms of losing weight, i see my results well because i can now fit in my size 32 jeans, and my strength has increased a lot. i just dont see improvements on how my stomach looks! im stressing out about it
the supplements i take are animal cuts, whey protein and glutamine.
should i continue my routine at the gym? my brother recommended me to bulk up and then cut...but i read something on the internet saying that it is better start off with a 10% body fat before you bulk up and then cut. is this true? please hook me up with some advices
