hey ive been going to the gym for about a month now with a personal trainer. i only go twice a week. i usually try eating little meals about every 3 hours or so, and i use protein supplements.....but anyways when i first went to the gym i started gaining weight like crazy....i gained literallly like 5 lbs in a week or 2. it was really great lol but now ive sorta been at the same spot and i havent been having as much success as before...is it a plateau after only like a month of training?
