Wake up - 8:00
Ride bike for half an hour
Eat some cereal or somethin afterwards
10:00 - eat a yogurt or another healthy snack food
12:00 - eat a pb and j
2:00 - bike up to the rec center
Full body lift, hiit on track
4:00 yogurt again
6:00 dinner, chicken... w/e

Tue, Thur
Same until....
2:00 - go run around the lake by my house... hiit


So basically On Mon Wed Fri I lift and cardio
and on thur and tue I do only cardio


I am trying to slim down, but keep my muscles going so they shine through when I cut down.
 
your diet sucks. protein at EVERY meal. bread won't help you slim down. yogurt is often loaded with added sugar.

your diet will have more of an impact on retaining lean muscle mass than your 3x a week full body workouts, although I think that strategy IS a good one. Mostly you'll wanna keep protein at 1g per pount of lean mass, up to 1.25g per pound...and limit your carb intake. carbs are where you'll wanna cut your calories from to lean out.

are you very overwight now? if not, i wouldn't aim to shed mor than a pound a week. if you only drop a pound, its most likely all fat. when you start losing 3lbs a week, you're losing lean mass with the fat.
 
Yeah I am pretty overweight, but not out of shape... I play baseball and am active a lot, so I'm not just a couch potato...
What do you recommend I replace my snacks with?

Fruit, veggies, protein shakes, lean meat, a healthy smoothy, look in nutrition forum; there will be 100s of ideas there.

get your body fat tested. $10 skin fold calipers will get you close enough.
