Hi.

I'm working out - still/again - logging it better this time.

Tonight's workout:

10 min trdml: 3.3 speed/incline max
3x8 25lb bar: bent over row/clean/squat
3x8 20lb bar: bench press
3x8 10lb db: hammer curl/shoulder press
3x8 20lb bar: tricep ext/tricep press
10 min elip: resistance 6/incline 6

sweat like a stuck pig and felt good about it.

Once the rains stop from this damn storm, the cycling will begin again too. LOL

Fat Burning Pyramid - I must be insane ;)

this was brutal. only used body weight.

5 rounds - 5 exercises

Round 1 / 15 reps
Round 2 / 10 reps
Round 3 / 5 reps
Round 4 / 10 reps
Round 5 / 15 reps

lunges - left and right legs
walk out push-ups
squats
plank twists (works the obliques)
plank jacks

it's official - I'm pooped. I think it's time for the hot tub
