I started my transformation about 3 weeks ago (well, one of many). At my highest weight, I weighed almost 200#. At my lowest, I've been at about 160. When I started my transformation in July 2008, I weighed 186. Today, I'm at 181.
I've been waiting to add pictures because I'm extremely nervous about the feedback. So, if you're going to be (as the mods put it) "a little too truthful", please don't post. But if you want to encourage me as I make my transition, post away!!
My goal weight is 150 by January 1st, 2009. This will be the day before we leave for our cruise!! My photos are starting in my under-roos because I'll eventually fit into the bathing suits I'm buying (no one wants to see the result now, lol).
I read over the moderators "please read first" message and it said that anything goes as long as you can take the heat. But if anyone is offended, let the mods know and I'll either edit or remove the pictures as needed.
I'll eventually be able to do a good "back shot". Unfortunately, the camera and I disagreed this time on how long "10 seconds" really is.
These photos are completely untouched (except for cropping out the rest of my bedroom items), so please go easy. Forgive the bruising on my legs, it's a hazard of being a Veterinary Technician.
I look forward to everyone's input!
