So I had been doing really well.. Managed to loose nearly a stone which I was thrilled about... and then... I fell ill. *sigh* Not only have I PUT ON weight, I've not been able to get back into the whole swing of it.

Woke up this morning and told myself to get a grip and get on with it! So Im back here again... Thought that if i started to write down what I ate and how I felt again, it might help me stay on track. Mainly because I know you guys will help me when I fall off the band wagon. :)

Soooo... Here goes!

Breakfast

2 weetabix with semi skimed milk
1 mug of green tea

I'm having a curry later with a friend of mine... We are going to watch our local team play football *soccer to all you americans. ;)* so I thought I should be extra careful throughout the day so I can have a little treat of a curry later.

Well I'm back!! Lost internet connection for the past couple of days.. I forgot to pay the bill... woops! haha

The past couple of days have been okay.. I've been trying to limit the amount of food im eating. Haven't lost anything yet though. :(

Breakfast
mug of green tea
bowl of bran flakes and semi skinned milk

Lunch
1 very small bowl of ham and pea soup
1 very small bowl of veggie stew (I was eating leftovers! haha)
1 mug of coffee with semi skimmed milk

Dinner
Bowl of rice with curry sauce (a little big actually :s)

Drinks and snacks
1 mug of coffee with semi skimmed milk
1 cup of tea with semi skimmed milk
handful of alphabet sweets. (-.-)

Ive kinda mislaid my diary for a while... woops. But then I haven't been that good recently that its probably best.

Like today... I was out with a bunch of friends and i ended up eating quite a bit of chocolate... I then felt so guilty when I got home that I went and worked out for 45 mins. :D

I'm feeling a little better about myself now... But I got to start properly working on it. Hopefully soon I can change my ticker again. :D

I woke up late this morning... forgot to set my alarm. Luckily I hadn't got any place to go! Otherwise that would so not have been cool.

Anyways because I woke up late I thought there wasn't much point in having breakfast as I was going to be having lunch in a few hours.

Anyways I sat down to do some paperwork and the hours flew by. I only realised I was hungry when my stomach gave a large growl. I haven't felt that for ages.. Ive always been too full to ever feel properly hungry again! I know its not good to miss meals but I actually felt happy that I was feeling hungry... really strange i know. haha

So its now 2:45 and im eating my lunch! :D

Lunch
small tin of baked beans
peice of dry toast
2 glasses of grapefruit juice

Drinks
1 cup of black coffee
1 cup of tea with semi skimmed milk
1 green tea.

I think Im gonna have to make myself really busy more often.
 
Okay so I actually never got round to eating any dinner... Suddenly realised I was meant to be going to the cinema with a friend of mine so grabbed a bag of crisps (chips) and ran out the door. So this morning when I woke up I was REALLY hungry!

I'm a little annoyed really coz Im going out tonight. It was a thing that had been planned for ages and I was trying to loose some weight for it. I've lost a bit but not as much as I hoped. One of the girl's im going with has managed to loose about 40lbs so I'm gonna look like a real pudding next to her! Oh wells... I'm gonna try and have fun. Just going to see quite a few people I really don't wanna see.

Anyways... Breakfast time! Yes I woke up late again... :(
 
Im back from a very busy weekend! It wasn't nearly as good as it could have been as a lot of people pulled out of coming right at the last minute... really cant stand it when people do that. But generally it was a good time! Until i got the photos back... lol :(

Ive been reasonbly good this weekend... like I tried to eat healthily when we went out. I haven't lost any weight but then I haven't put any on, so im not to upsett.

Back on the bandwagon for me!

Breakfast

Hi there!
I would encourage you to make sure you are eating enough (and I don't mean chocolate), and to have breakfast daily to start your motor burning those calories. Also, are you doing exercise regularly? Very important!

Congrats on what you have lost so far, and best wishes as you continue your journey!

keeping things under control on the weekends can be dificult, good luck during the week.
 
Abbagirl: The exercise bit at the moment is the problem. Im doing a lot of walking but not high intensity... if that makes sense.

Today so far has been awful. I got stuck in traffic which meant i was then late for college.. .then had a horrible last exam and am now feeling a little miserable. Decided to treat myself to a small egg nog latte from Starbucks... god i love those... but so many hidden calories!

so today is so far...

Breakfast
1 egg nog latte
2 peices of toast with a thin layer of strawberry jam (no butter)
 
argh okay so I admit.. I haven't been particularily good these past couple of days. I haven't been bad per say so that ive put on weight but Im not loosing it either and its beginning to annoy me once again.

I was chatting to a friend of mine about weightloss last night (We like to have a good old girly gossip about everything) and she gave me this diet she was given when she had to loose a lot of weight for an operation she was having... I can't remember what she had done but anyways...

Its pretty easy to follow apparently and is based on a chemical breakdown or something.. Im a little sceptical about it but she lost a bit of weight and has managed to keep it off so I thought what the hell. If it kick starts my weightloss again then ill do it.

So... this is my meal plan for the day..

Breakfast
1 glass of grapefruit juice
1 mug of black coffee
1 small tin of beans
1 dry toast

Lunch
4oz of tuna
1 slice of dry toast
1 mug of black coffee

Dinner
2 slices of cold ham
4oz of string beans (if i can find any in the shop)
4oz of beetroot
1 small apple
40z of vanilla ice cream

Tomorrow looks a little nicer... but we will have to see!

Drinks
1 green tea (this wasn't on the diet but I thought its green tea... ive got to be able to get away with it?)

What are you going to do to try an fit in some more exercise ?

I didnt manage to follow the plan completely as I went to see my mum and she invited me to dinner... it would have been rude to say no! So i had a small helping of roast chicken with lots of veggies...

Exercise wise I'm thinking about hitting the gym... Its probably the hardest part... To get the motivation to actually go!!

But im doing a lot of walking... so its better then nothing but got to sort it out. Gonna have to be extra careful over xmas thats for sure!
