WISHES! HAVE U GONE CRAAZY?!??!?!?! but i like it. hahahhaha.... makes u look so young! woooooo.... yr pic tells me to buck up in my weightloss. u r gonna look slimmer than me soon! lol.

my thighs and calves are aching frm the aerobics dance classes yesterday. i was too gungho and booked 1-4pm classes. Started with House music, then street jazz to hip hop. I can reali feel the ache when i walked down the stairs juz now! hope i recover in time for night classes tmr. it's really fun and i am gettin hooked! since church isn't having prayer mtg for 2 months, i've an extra day on wednesday nite to attend those classes! YIPPEEEEE!
hope to meet mini goal of 55kg in time for Chinese New Year celebration on 18 Feb. Just weigh in this morning at 61kg. Hope i get to break the evil 57kg when it comes. I don't seem to be able to go beyond that and it's so frustrating!!!

Am reading a book called Healing Touch. Something i felt that is my calling. To be an encouragement and inspiration to those who are down and hurt. And suddenly i got this tot that maybe i'll marry a doctor! lol.... maybe it'll come true but i am not sure if i heard correctly. sometimes hearing God is so difficult with so much going on in my head. pray with me if u can...will ya?

Lol at least if you marry a doctor you would never have to worry about medical bills :D
 
let me write something before i hop on to other diaries, and before a meetin that starts in 3 min!

a co-worker asked me this morning the moment i entered the dept if i am interested to join a singles club in town. urgh. he's known to be kinda desperate. he said that's his new year resolution. get a gf and maybe married by 08 08 08. :eek: i'll see how it goes.... not veri enthu abt meeting the guys but then the activities are really interesting! i'll try to avoid the gourmet outings if i join, lol.

Lost 3 kg this week. Was desperate and cut down on oily food after 10am. I can't do without my morning deep fried chicken wings! honestly i think the auntie who sells them put drugs inside so that u come back craving for it everyday!:p

today better be good gal. I need to lose another 3 kg to make it 59 (129.8lbs) on sunday. I'll fall in love with soups. I promise!

hope to book some aerobics dance classes tonite. muscle aching abit but i think still can make do with some easy steps. Lord heal me!

can't help it. i am soooooooooooooooo in love with it! i'll take a pic tmr and post here. it's so wonderful! makes everyday so lovely and cheery! i feel HIGH!

anyway apparently i am the only gal in office that the guys are asking to join the singles club. and they already told me to go for the picnic session end of the month. humph. i rejected the speed dating one cos i dun wana waste time speaking to 2 guys i already know and won't like, lol.

Thats why i like counting calories rather than other diets because i can still eat them (had some BBQ wings yesterday hehe)

Wishese....i think it went down fast because i started the weightloss this week again. might be slow in a week or two.... but i'm not giving up.
a co-worker walked into the pantry juz now, gave me and look and said ' you are losing weight? u r getting smaller again.'

this shall motivate me today! YEAH!
