I broke my fast today. One day earlier. Cos my memory seem wayward abit. So here I am back to eating again! :p Still hv some things to sort out with the Lord but I guess He'll strengthen me for the challenges ahead. Just like He told Elijah to get up and eat something in 1 Kings 19 becos the journey ahead is too great for him, I am starting to eat today. Been a good fast tho.... my constipation gone! PTL!:D

Anyway bef anyone sue me for writing so much spiritual stuff, here's my workout in the morning.:p (More like playtime)

1)Weights: arms (4 sets of 12) I goofed around the gym since no one was there. Though I hope the security guard wasn't lookin thru the cctv lol:p
2)15 min on treadmill. Bet 5.8-6.0. Wasn't in good jogging mood.
3)Butt n Thigh burner. 5 min. I never like this machine. It tires my legs out too easily and make me unfit for running the next day.

I think I played with the machine more than I worked out, oops. I'll go after work to put in some real work properly.

Breakfast: 3 Tea Matzos with cottage cheese topping (mixed with cayenne pepp, mustard and redback chili), coffee and ice water.
Lunch: *considering chicken salad*(chicken with broccoli,tofu, carrot and onions and cottage cheese mixed with all my spices!!!!). Fruits might be strawberries/orange/nana. How I wish those country coordinators come to Singapore often. The conference room has been well-stocked with drinks and fruits for the past week!;) And I saw a plate of Bak Kwa (see pic) there this morning!!!!! :eek: TEMPTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My desk is lookin like some supermarket now, lol! I'm going crazy with chili, pep and mustard. Will post the pic of my desk tonite since my office pc doesn't hv the mobilephone software.

Hehe....I am improving and building up .... U can do too sooner or later! I finish up with 7.0:p

hello pinky! you sound like the s'porean government's policies on children and marriage are working! ;) no worries, you're still young. just popping in to say hi and thank goodness wednesday is over! Two more days to the weekend so hang in there :D:D

PinkyDolly, I just saw your thread about bigger chest smaller upper body...I know your pain!! I mean my top and bottom half are pretty even now because I have lost weight off the bottom but hey!

Sounds like you had a good day! Temptation seems to everywhere anymore between relatives talking about going to eat at my favorite palces and steak & pasta commercials at all hours of the day it drives me nutts sometimes.Then other days I look at it as omg the calories & fat in that thing lol! Well good luck and have a good Night/day Tammy

Two weeks ago i bought the goumet kind.... the new bacon strips type? OMG.... that's so yummylicious!!!!:p I had it as dinner instead. That made me guilty for the next 2 days lol. Not so disciplined myself... hahahha.

Will post a pic tonite of the blueberry muffins and cinnamon roll twists that my american colleague bought in today. His wife baked them. Wishes warned me before those bread are lethal so I didn't eat them! YAY ME!:D
 
Putting in my lunch update now so I dun binge later.

Lunch: Chicken salad. Fruit: 3 strawberries n 1 banana
Snack: 10 almonds.

Full now. Think I can last till 530pm! Heh.....:D
 
Pinky, nice job on passing on the american pastries too. That's just brilliant determination. Wishy is correct - lethal applies nicely.

If I was doing 6.6 on the treadmill my knees would be gone...hahaha...I start off slowly and raise the intensity and the incline of the treadmill when I do it. Pinky, please do let me know if it works for you. I talked to my trainers about it when I was working with them, and they all said its hard to target a specific spot but they showed me machines that work chest and back. I'm happy because my rolls of backfat are going down!! Hahahaha.
