Because Pinch is very Lazy, and stubborn, and full of weight loss anxiety/social outcasting, she has neglected her lifestyle change for many many weeks, and gained back the weight.

But, I'm going to rededicate myself under new bounds...because frankly, There was no way I was going to eat 1300 calories a day for the rest of my life. So, a new approach. 1700 calories a day. Yes. 1700 calories a day. Why? Because in order to be a lazy bones, 1700 calories a day is what a person my height should eat to be at their healthy weight. And so, the journey rebegins. With my upcoming 18th birthday coming soon , I've decided that there's just no reason for people not to floored at my 19th birthday, and so the dedication begins.

My plan is to calorie count. My second plan is to not worry so much. I'm not going to bother worrying about that party coming up. I'm not going to try and stop myself from trying things at special events anymore.

And so.

Today:

Breakfast- Sandwhich/Ham
Lunch - Stuffing from a Box
Snack- Yogurt and ham, and an apple
Dinner- Vegetable Soup + Slice of Garlic bread, milk

Total Today: 1500 calories :)

Hope 1700 cals work for you!:) Are you going to do any exercise along with it? For being lazy(your words!);) I suggest Walk Away the Pounds. It's easy and helps!! Hope you have a great journey!

Thank You! I walk to school every morning, and home, it's about an hour of walking a day. Rather annoying really.

Ugh, I feel so busy anymore, overwhelmed like crazy >=(.

Anyways.

Food Today..

Chocolate cake for breakfast (oih)
Sandwhich for Lunch
Hungry Man TV dinner, over 1lb of food sometime between my early lunch, and very very late dinner (I got the 450 calorie one mind you,
my mom watches out for these things)
Ham+Sandwhich for dinner
Hot Chocolate
Yogurt

Total calories today:1410. Woot.

And, I shoveled the Drive way, which is totally better then sitting around all day.

I hear shoveling is the new Tae Bo ;) Good for calorie burning ;)

Good for you for realizing that 1300 calories was not long term sustaining and instead of giving up, you modified your plan! That is a great way to find what works for you!

Best of luck,

Thank you guys :) The support means a lot after a long bout of struggling to stay on track! Yesterday, was crap. I totally over ate, didn't even bother calorie counting, my sister's sixth birthday. So yeah.

But today, I'm back on track.

Today I had a slice of Pizza for breakfast, with ranch dressing (ugh,I'm a suck for the stuff), Home made Garlic Bread for after school snack, with somem milk. Vegetable soup for dinner, with ..three extra pieces of bread. 1 cup of milk, and some hot chocolate to end the day.

Total today: 1560 calories

But, I also walk to school and home today :) which took a half hour each way. I feel like I'm gaining a little bit more control. I think I'll go to the store though, so I'll get more exercise.

A little FYI. My mom doesn't own a vehicle. Neither of us drive, and it's too windy to ride our bikes right now (not to mention it's dangerous in the snow). So, I don't often get a ride when I want to go out :)
