Hey there don't give up I am telling ya the truth something
inside makes ya do it eventually.Just keep trying and trying
and the weight will start coming off.I watched old home videos
of me weighing 255+ looking at pictures buying clothes 2-3
sizes smaller and all this really kept me motivated along with
keeping a diary on here and getting lot's of support!
You can do it,have a gr8 weekend,Tammy:)
 
Just a small setback, nothing you can't get past, hon! Keep up the good work, and now that you're starting to feel better, that weight you regained will come off pretty quickly.
 
Thank you guys for all the support you've given me. It was especially useful now coming on, just wanting to eat like I've been doing. I appreciate you guys so much, you've all helped to motivate me beyond a point that I think I could do myself. You guys have no idea how happy I am to have you all behind me!

Anyhow, I managed to steer myself back onto the track. It's not 1300 calories, but it's a lot less then I had been eating. The food cravings are back from letting routine slip, but yes, I can do this again. I've proved it already :)

So...

Breakfast: Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup :)
Lunch,or snack,or some time during the day: 3 Weetabix Biscuits+1 cup of milk, cheese
Dinner: Lean Ground Pork (I know right?) burgers.
Some water somewhere in there.
Total today:1653 calories.

That's the least I've eaten in a week :) I also was goofing off with my yoga ball today..did some pushups,a few crunches, just some overall fooling around.

Tis it for today though :) I'll be back tomorrow to make sure I stay on the right track. Again, thank you guys so much, and I really mean that.

Hopefully I'll feel better to do exercise soon.
 
Today : Approximately 1500 calories, over an hour of walking, and another of standing. Not much time today.
 
that is still awesome! great job. Take baby step. dont expect to be able to control everything all at once. keep up the great work!
