Height: 6'4"


Bulked up to about 16% bf I'd guess, this is as fat as I go to pretty much, any heavier and running is beating my knee to much and the times go up way fast for every kilo wich makes it less fun to run..

Long term goals: run a marathon, this is a good 2years off probably much depending on how my "runners knee"(Iliotibial band syndrome) is working out but its feeling alright atm so. Also I'd have to switch my cardio towards more running, have been on the bike and rowing machine mostly.
As for muscle mass Im happy with my weight right now, dont want to get heavier. The end goal is however to add roghly 15pounds of muscle and loose the equivalent in fat over the next couple of years, stopping at 10%bf@220-230 and then maybe compete in fitness(one can dream right ;) )

looking good man .. legs look great .. i wish i was 6'4 :eek:

Dude.. lay off the squats, your legs are huge compaired to the rest of your body..oh, those are two pics.. nvm.. great job man. :D

:D I wish
My calves just wont grow for me tho but Ive changed strategy now - Instead if whipping them I just cuddle up and talk nicely to them at night and casually just let them know that If they were to grow I wouldnt mind, but no pressure.
