So, one screw up too many and I've started a new diary....which shall not involve screw-ups...there will simply be no space for them!

I'll also try and take pictures of everything I eat and post them. Whey. Simply calorie counting/healthy eating...

Breakfast today was an AMAZING 279Cals of Veggie Fry up:

Quorn Bacon: 78Cal
Quorn Sausage: 57Cal
Two Egg Whites: 26Cal
2 Slices (WW) Bread: 102Cal
Annnnd
Ketchup: 16Cal

Total: 279Cal

The meal was absolute BLISS! I shall edit in a picture later :p

Today should be a pretty busy day so I hope to distract myself from the whole EATING MILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF CALORIES thing! Loose ends to tie up essay-wise, and since the boyf is underprepared, I intend to make him a first aid kit :p He hurt himself yesterday (bless his little cotton socks), and had no plasters or savlon...or anything in fact! Oh dear! Anyway, I'll be back to update later! :)
 
Mmm, I've rediscovered my love of cooked breakfasts! It's just so expensive to have one every morning! I had my own healthy version of a sausage and egg muffin this morning for about 250 calories and oh my gosh it was lovely!

Anyway, welcome back and congrats on the new diary!
 
Hi Sunflower! Your name just brightened up my day! I was looking for 'fake' sunflowers to put in my room ealier to brighten up the place (they're my favourite!), but you can't get them anywhere...nooo!! Will have to throw a few hints at the boyf...

I hadn't even thought of a sausage/egg mcmuffin! That sounds crazy-good! Definitely on the list of things to make! :D Tomorrow morning....wheyyy! I'm totally gunna get into this 'cooking' malarky...I've always been rubbish at it, but I'm gunna experiment a bit after the ol' cooked breakfast went so well, haha! :D Not that it's a gormet dinner or anything, but not setting off the fire alarm has really helped my kitchen-confidence! Hehe :D :p

I have had 100Cal's worth (20) of sugar free marshmallows! And I am full as full can be and it is the point in time when I usually make lunch...so later lunch than normal today should be gooooood, may help to keep my full later! I'm planning a baked potatoe with cottage cheese and falufel salad! Yay! Should come to about oooh, 300Cal? :) Whey.

I've tied up all my work, and made the first aid kit, so all I've really *got* to do today is my exercise....going to also do some scrapbooking, and go out to the pub with some mates later...not going to drink though! I am BROKE, and I don't want the cals. Whey! :D
 
Hey guys! Been a couple of days! I've just been sooo buzy!! :D

I was having problems uploading pics with my phone (nooo! not the trusty blackberry!)....so I've started taking them on my phone instead...but I only have a couple, so I'll just post them...

Yesterday I had about 1, 500Cal, which was good :D

I have started having a fry up every morning now!! Which I loooove!!!

As said before:

1xQuorn Sausage
2xSlices Quorn Bacon
2xSlices WW Bread (brown)
2xEgg Whites
1xSpoonful of Ketchup

The total Cal Count is: 279Cal, which is pretty faaaabulous I think :D If I'm mega hungry I just add some more eggwhite!

I woke up late so I didn't get hungry again before lunch which was potatoe/Falafel/Lettuce/Cucumber/Sweetcorn/Peanut Butter....mixed into Salady goodness!

Another fry up for dindins....

....and snacked on Rocky bars (Caramel ones), which are 101Cal! I looove them! As Netto is closing down they are 75p for 18!!! Great value! I'm probably going to stock up with a couple of years worth this week just before closing! :D Hehe...

Anyway....

Yesterday I didn't really do much...I basically walked, in terms of exercise, and did some weights, but nothing major. I think I pulled something in my leg last week at circuit training as my left knee/thighish area has been killing me all week....so no heavy stuff...hope this doesn't affect me too badly weight los! Hopefully me and my roomy will be going ice skating this week, so CALORIE BURNING! Plus hopefully some bowling, and lazerquest...so they are all funfunfun, but do burn calories....hopefully bowling will help beat the bingo wings! Lol! :)

I've just bought some new dumbells in the sales as well, so now I won't have to grab the tins of cider I've been using as weights, and I also got a basket ball....they were on sale too, hehe. Though it's not exactly the same, I figure that it can act like a medicine ball in workouts at home (I've been using a box of protein powder or a thing of juce...haha)...so hopefully my workout will improve a little bit! I felt slightly bad the other day as I was so excited about the basket ball that I had a little play with it in the lounge....forgetting we are a second floor flat - Oops!

Enough about yesterday, today my parents are visiting so I am soooooo happy about that! I am feeling really homesick! I'm also feeling quite sick in general now...as I got up early...I was a bit stupid and decided that since my fry up keeps me fuller for longer, I would swap and have my morning snack first, then fryup midmorning....so down went 135Cal of Sugarfree marshmallows! I feel so ill! Haha :p Not good to eat sweet stuff this early...I shall remember this next time!

They were yummy though! 135Cal is a whole bag: 5Cals each! Love themm! As you can see:

It tasted like heaven :p Definitely an every-morning thing! Stocked up on Quorn products this week! So should have a fry up each morning! :D Keeps me full!

18 Normal Rocky Bars
42 Caramel Rocky Bars
20 Packets of Cheesy Curly Crips
and
36 Breakaway Bars :p

Wow. Life is GOOD.

I'm definitely learning self-control :p Though I bought lower-calorie goodies (73cals per pack of curly crisps, 107/101 rocky's, and 99cal breakaways, I still want to hog them all right now! :p Lol! :D They're going under my bed and should last me a few months! :D
 
I need to start putting stuff under my bed, because that would definitely not last me a few months...HAHAHA! :)

Lol! I'm trying the self-control thing!

Unfortunately last night mother brought us all a chocolate fudge puddng...so the diet went out the window...oops! I'll make sunday my CHEAT DAY! :p Lol...

So today I had the usual fry up for brekkie before early lectures! I have since wondered round town with my gorrrgeous pally, which was lovely, and exercise! And I've just had diet Coke, 135Cal of Marshmallows...and...peanut butter salad!

I'm not really counting fruit n veggie cals as I'm still trying to cut down on bad stuff....so about 100Cal of peanut butter + salad lol :p About 514Cal so far today! :D

My boyfriend being a number of rude words makes me want to eat a hellovalotta chocolate.

Instead, I have turned to weights and diet coke. Booshakalakalaka.

Early dinner as was starving after lectures today: 1Rocky Bar, 107Cal Soup, and Two slices of WW bread...no picture, was talking while eating and forgot. Now up tooo 925Cal for the day...as I had another rocky bar earlier. :)
 
I finished at about 1,500Cal the day before yesterday in the end :)

And yesterday I had a busy day but I was soo happy I could have lots of chocolate in the evening as I was below my calories, and went up to about 1,400Cal in the end :D I went out with some friends to a pub quiz, and was really good, not drinking calories or anything! Plus spend two hrs at the gym!

One friend stayed over and this morning we had breakfast together :) My usual veggie fry up! Before lectures! I came home after the lecture as no seminar for me (YESSS!), and I've been reading a letter from a friend and watching CSI! I'm now writing a letter back whilst eating lunch (peanut butter salad timeee YUMMY!), so I'm on 753Cal so far (Had my salad with a Breakaway bar and some 73Cal cheesy crisps!) Happy days! :)
