Thanks for the feedback guys! For the people that said I could do it, that gives me motivation. And the people that said I couldn’t will push me harder. Actually in 7 months my goal is to get 70-75 % where he's at... then 2 years from now 100-101%. hehe Here's a basic view of my workout program. Currently I’m working out 5 days a week. 45mins to an hour and 1/2. For cardio, I do the stair-machine, elliptical, and will start running again when my joints strengthen. (I switch them around) also swimming once a week. For weights I’m currently following this program " http://thetrainingstationinc.com/beginner6.html" and I give the muscle I work out hard 48 hours rest. 4-5 eggs in the morning 5 days a week. And I watch what I eat 5 days a week but let myself eat whatever I want on the weekends. (with caution though). I eat 5-6 medium meals a day. I substitute 1 to 2 meals at night with ensure on weekdays. There’s a basic view of my workout program. Any advice to alter my workout program to attain my goal(use the picture as reference..hehe) will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again in advance.
