ok so I eat real clean during the week..on my weekends i indulge almost whatever i want but usually in reason and i started running ALOT last may and fell from 5'10" 205 down to 142! So couple months ago decided to start bulking but I still do 3 days of cardio a week (down from 6 days a week lol) and I'm back up to 155 with no noticeable fat gain..what do you all think?? I'm benching about 270 now (which is the main lift I want to improve but I do all the others as well)
sorry the pics are with a cell phone camera and I'm very white and that is a bright white light lol...makes it hard to really see the definition I have in my abs (they are more noticeable in person) but I'm guessing 9% bf..
