pics of me (i need a tan lol)

ok so I eat real clean during the week..on my weekends i indulge almost whatever i want but usually in reason and i started running ALOT last may and fell from 5'10" 205 down to 142! So couple months ago decided to start bulking but I still do 3 days of cardio a week (down from 6 days a week lol) and I'm back up to 155 with no noticeable fat gain..what do you all think?? I'm benching about 270 now (which is the main lift I want to improve but I do all the others as well)

sorry the pics are with a cell phone camera and I'm very white and that is a bright white light lol...makes it hard to really see the definition I have in my abs (they are more noticeable in person) but I'm guessing 9% bf..

Looking very lean you can gain a little more IMO but if thats the body you strive and have strived for then ROCK ON good job.

Yeah I am workiong on gaining lol...I lift 3 times a week (the days I don't do cardio and I get one day off completely lol) but yeah my goal weight is 170 but I am doing it the ultra slow way..very minor surplus in cals..I am hoping to reach my goal sometime next summer..I want to be doing 350 bench and weigh 170 as stated..but hey I went from a 210 bench max to about 270 in a couple months...not too shabby I think while still mixing in a decent amount of cardio yeah??

You sound like you have everything in order, keep the cardio going yes depending on how much you are planing on gaining to get to your goal weight keep your cardio to a minimum. You look great good improvements and keep it up! Good Luck

I thought about my post you do not have to keep your cardio to a minimum just make sure you are putting in more cals, carbs, and protein than normal for this gain. What is aid about the cardio to a minimum is wrong to a extent haha sorry. Good Luck

Are you doing any leg work? You don't want to just focus on increasing your bench while neglecting squats and deadliftss? Doing squats and deads is also a great way to add muscle not only to your legs but to your whole body. If you are doing them keep it up, you are ripped dude!
 
Thanks for the replies and compliments guys...working very hard on the bulking but as I said I worked my butt off to melt off all the fat at 5;10" 205 I had quite a bit of it so I am trying to do all this with minimal to no fat gain..So it will be slow but I am very dedicated so I hope to continue to see progress..I'm pretty good about the protein getting about 200 grams a day but I know I need to do a little better on the leg lifts..but I do what I can..Thanks again guys!
 
You're very lean, but strong! 270 for 155# is fantastic.
