you should start eating more and lift some heavy stuff.
 
yeah, read around the diet forum. But im gonna tell you this, what matters the most is how many cals you get inn, focus on that and avoiding horrible fast crappy food, and ull be good. Get alot of protein in each meal.
 
Is this an accurate way of measuring bf%?

Karky, I missed your post before, just saw it...

Total cals i need - 2300, so to gain 1 lb a week - 2800 cals

Should I have 132g of protien (1g/1lb) per day?

none of the internet calculators you find will be accurate for BF measurement. did you find out how many cals you need based on the measurment? Just find out how much you have to eat to gain about 0.5-1lbs a week

Could they be a fague idea of your BF? Acording to the calculator my BF is 11%...but arnt abs supposed to show around the 11% mark?

Yeah, based on the measurement. I've got another question...Is is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?
