*PICS of Before 230's During 190's 30lbs to go!!!!

I lost quite a bit off my legs and bum (thats a butt in america;)) by doing just low impact leg moving excercises, really easy ones, the kind ya learn at school. I've got a step machine and I cant say that really helped very much.
I'm just kind of big allover i think so i'll have to wait till the end till i start thinking that bit looks okay!
my b/f lifts weights and his legs have gone rock hard without even meaning to work on them, whereas mine i'd say just reduced size.
i just joined the 180 club, i think they have a 190 club if you're interested! all a bit extra motivation.

That is what it all about helping other too!! Now i need to get out of the 190's been here for far too long, not a super bad spot to rest, but im ready to move on!!

We are so much alike. I, too, am just over 5'9", weigh 195 right now, and carry my weight in my lower half. I cannot wait to be out of the 190s...maybe we could help each other out. 165 is also my goal.

What sort of program are you following?

Keep up the good work, you're doing great! Have you tried Pilates? It really tones up the areas you want to improve!

I have to say I agree with everybody and you inspired me a lot(still do).
I have decided today(despite I saw your pic about a week ago!I am a bit slow!lol)to registered to a online diet.
I am 5'10 and weigh about 210. I would like to be 140 but I know it will take me a lot of time...Hopefully I will have the motivation I will need.If not , I will have a look at you pictures again!lol
