As for your lie-in, Eat as soon as you get up. Breakfast is literally 'breaking the fast'. The sooner you eat it, the sooner it gets your metabolism going for the day. I wouldn't bother getting up early for breakfast, if you like your lie in stick to it. 10hours sleep isn't excessive.
I came on here to say. Don't just jump into deadlift, standing shoulder press and squats. Get someone to show you how to do it properly. I have seen quite a number of people (me included) hurting themselves on the deadlift due to improper form, particularly when start lifting heavy. Make sure you are near a mirror to check your form at all times. Nothing worse than making progress then injuring yourself halting it all in an instant!
