Weight-Loss Pick Your Poison Challenge For December

Here are the rules.

1 - Pick one diet / exercise related challenge for yourself and reward your point 1 point per day for everyday you meet your challenge.
2 - Pick a second challenge for yourself (it can be diet / exercise related, but does not have to be) and reward yourself 1 point per day for everyday you meet your challenge.
3 - Set a weight loss goal for the end of December and if you hit it, reward yourself with 4 points (since there are 4 weeks in a month). If you go by measurements over weight, set yourself a measurement goal for the end of the month and if you hit you get the same 4 points.

I enjoyed November's challenge, I'll go again:

Challenge 1: Exercise Daily at least 30 minutes

Challenge 2: No bedtime snacking

Weight Loss goal: hit 319.2 lbs (down 10 from my low on T-giving morning)
 
Challenge #1: Workout in the morning.

Chalenge #2: This is a two part challenge. If I fail at either part, I get 0 points. I need to focus on portion sizes. No more seconds, no more large portions. I also need to drink more water. My goal is to drink 2 liters.

Starting weight: 223.0lb
End of month goal: 213.0lb

12/2: 1 workout point... 1 portion point... = 1pt

Challenge 1: Run at least 1 mile a day and do at least 2 other yoga or weight training (other?) workouts per week. No points for the week if I don't get all nine workouts in.

Challenge 2: Eat 2,300 calories or less. Xmas eve is exempt from this IF I run and do strength training or yoga (other?) that day no matter where I am on challenge 1. I may elect to eat at 2,300 instead.

Weight Loss Goal: 11.7 lbs 269.9 pounds on 12/31/2015
12/1/2014 Weight: 281.6

My weightloss goal is bordering on silly, but I'd really like to end the year in the 260's. That's about double what I lost in November. I also made the first challenge really tough for me. Hopefully that will help with the loss.

I good on daily runs x3 and calories for the first 2 days. I've already lost 3.4 pounds for the month as I was still holding on to holiday bloat on the 1st. That will help make my loss goal less out there. I'll try to do some yoga or lifting tonight.

6/6 yesterday

I did a bit of yoga last night and today will be day 9 in a row for running. 275.4 this morning so the 269.9 end of the year is looking less ridiculous with 5.5 pounds to lose 5 days in. This running every day business is kicking butt so far. Today will be 8/8, but I am running tonight and I won't have my calorie total until the end of thee day either.

Batting 1000 so far. I did yoga once and weightlifting once last week with a run every day and 2,300 calories too.
 
Hope you're all doung well. I'm just getting back up on my feet. I had a bad RA flare up and my rheumatologist tried a new med which did not agree with me. I'm starting to get functional again, but have to rake it slow for a whie. No work outs for at least another week or so. I hate what RA does to you. :(
