nothings all that new here big guy. still resting nicely at 250lbs, gonna cut for a cruise in a bit i might make it down to 210 with 10% bf. should be interesting. how are things with you

What type of cruise is it? Hope you enjoy it.
Sounds like a good goal to cut to 10% before the cruise. How are you going to go about doing this? If you don't mind me asking you?
I am doing pretty good. I just finished up my near year goal path (10 months).
For 2008/2009: I started, at about 161/162 pounds (5'7"), to about 169/170 net pounds (8%, BF). At one point, I weighed near or about 180 pounds. At 48 years old, the body is still willing to put out, and it surprising me every day. The drawback, is the muscle increase is albeit dense, which is age related and normal. I have a new camera which has a nice video feature. I plan to post a video and some new pictures at this weight and BF.
Originally, I went from 190ish to 152/154 (in a year and a few months), and from 152/154 to 161/162 in about a year, and from 161/162 to about 169/170, in just short of a year. I usually set one year goals, and segment off months for different things during this period.
