Well lets see,
6 years ago, 6 feet 110 pounds. Today 6 feet 174 pounds and oh yes 32 years old. I have to admit I am feel a little silly showing these photos but I wanted to know what people thought. Most people dont even know I work out since well I have to admit I am a little shy and usually hidden in an extra large shirt or something lol. So I thought why not post em here and see what others think.
I go to the gym about 3 or 4 times a week to work out with weights. I still play a lot of sports such as tennis and racketball on other nights to give me my cardio fix.
