Hi I'm Kristi! I've been on this site since the end of June. Nothing motivates me more than to get on the "before after and in-between" and look through the pictures! I don't think I will ever stop being amazed.

Since the beginning of June I have lost my first 15 pounds from my top weight. I have at least 75 to go. I started at 235 and today I am 220. Time to start my own picture journal! I will post more pictures periodically as I start to drop more. Here goes nothing..........

Not sure of the date but I was my top weight at 235 lbs. in these 2 pictures:

These two pictures below were taken today on August 2nd at 220 pounds. In this first picture I am in the black shirt that I was in the first two pictures above.

I can see a difference in my stomach,waist and legs. My clothes are fitting so much better and I dropped one size in jeans since I started. So ready to get out of the 220's.....and then sooo ready to get out of the 200s! This next week I'll be going to my Dad's on Mon, Wed, and Fri and I'm going to swim the heck out of his pool!!

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 7TH, 2008 15 WEEKS IN







Here are some pictures from September 7th at 215 pounds. That top one is an after and before {in between} upper body shot.




Before and After face shot. 3.5 months in between. 20 pounds down. 70 to go!


The first one is Memorial day (end of May) at my dad's and the second one was taken on September 1st while we were out of town for the hurricane. Excuse my wild hair!!

Wow, that's such a great effort! It's such a good motivator when you start to see results...you realise what all the hard work is for!

Congratulations on your efforts so far, and good luck for the rest of your journey!

I can notice a difference, good job. The only way that I have come this far is by the before and afters and still when I lose my motivation I search for new ones!!!

I have the tiny ankles and legs, but thick in the middle and bust!! We can do it girl!!!

I think I might print that out ^^^^ and post it on my refrigerator and read it on days I'm down. :) Thank you everybody for the support and for rooting for me!! It really helps me a lot!

Sometimes I feel like a tomato with toothpicks for arms and legs! My middle is sooo round! I'm working on deflating it though! ;) It CAN be done!

Thanks everybody!! I've lost 2 pounds since the last picture but will wait until I've lost at least 5-10 more until I post more pics. I did take my measurements yesterday and in the last two weeks I've lost 7 inches total from my body. This is from my journal:


Two weeks ago I bought a measuring tape (couldn't find my old one at the time) and I measured pretty much my whole body. Yesterday I measured again and here are my two week results: First row is from 7-19 and the second row is from yesterday.

I went crazy with the tape measure and even measured my wrists! haha! Here are they are:

Great Job!! I love watching those inches come off. It gets depressing when the scale stops moving. But if I had to chose, I would rather lose inches than pounds. I would be content to weigh 800 pounds if I looked good in a size 7 jeans.

Well, 2 weeks later and I have lost even more inches than before....10.7 :) This brings me to a total of 17.5 inches since July 19th!! No new pictures yet....I'll post some when I get around to taking them.
