Photo journal of my weight loss progress!

Hey all :) I haven't been on here in awhile, but I'm still truckin' along! Figured I'd toss up some progress pics. I'm down 28lbs total, but I'm not freaking over that number because I'm down almost 2 whole dress sizes! My belly, arms, thighs and butt are all shrinking the quickest. My face and hips are slowly catching up!

I want to adopt the same attitude you have towards the time it's gonna take to get "there"... it's too easy to get obsessive!

What have you done to lose all this weight particularly?
 
Thank! I'm pretty happy that once I actually TRIED to lose the weight, that's is coming off quicker than I'd expected.

I've been careful as to what and how much I consume, I have a small splurge here and there but don't make a habit of it. I don't count calories because it stresses me out. I take vitamins and drink a LOT of water. Most importmantly, I work out 5-6 days a week. My elliptical and I are best friends... I use it about 45-60 minutes a day and I recently bought some hand weights in different sizes and have been using those.

Stick with it, don't be concerned about the number on the scale... Pay attention to the way your clothes fit. I don't weight myself everyday, either. Every Friday morning is good for me!
 
You're a beautiful girl. I don't live too far away from you (Gig Harbor). It's kind of cool having someone closer to home going through the same thing. You're doing great, keep it up!
