Petite_Mint's Get Me in Shape Countdown!

I was looking over your diary and couldn't help buy wonder if your were getting atleast 1200 calories a day. I hope so. Also, I'm not sure if I read this or not (I'm brain dead today) but if you're taking multivitamins, that's a plus.
 
I generally aim for between 800 and 1200. I think 1200 is probably best, but i know im not always getting up that high. I am also taking multivitamins...

Well finally exams are done. I have about 3 weeks before I go traveling.I hope to workout everyday...there's really no excuse not to.

I just woke up, and I'm going to get myself a healthy brunch and a glass of water.
 
Goodness, I'm sorry I haven't posted in quite awhile. Well, I've reevaluated my goals. 108 pounds seems alittle low, and I realize that I'm not really here for the wight loss but to get in beter shape and live healthily. i have dropeed a few pounds, about 5, and I feel and look better. However, the main difference is how much the physical activity and getting into shape is helping. So for now, I am done. i've reached a better mental sttitude towards healthy living and I look and feel better. Thanks to everyone who helped! I'll stick around in the forums.
