Requirements:
Degree not necessary but a big plus. Must be certified through recognizable reputable certifying organization. Prefer a CSCS or ACSM, but will entertain others if applicant has lots of experience. Must have at least 2 years professional training experience. Must display broad and deep knowledge in the field, and must have excellent communications skills. I am not looking for someone to take under my wing and train. I need someone extremely competent to be able to immediately step in and train clients.
