Personal Trainer

Anyone tried any of the personal fitness trainer sites I keep seeing, is the instruction any good?

I'm just a very basic exerciser (running & occasional press ups) and looking to expand what I do, but don't really want to pay the price of getting a trainer.

The Stickies on this site offer a great wealth of knowledge...I would suggest reading through them all.

Stickies are like normal topics you see on the forum but are at the very top of the list and do not get bumped down. They will read "Stickie" as well I beleive.

Sticky or just you

no sticky words exist on all breadcrumb trail pages, using the snazzy search box at the top of the page, sticky (or s) returns nill response, maybe due to it not having indexed your post yet..

but perhaps, in layman's terms Sticky translates to....

If not:

At the very first page of the forum...choose a section (ie. Weight Training) and at the top of the list there are Stickies which read something like this "Sticky: Squat Chart".

If you are a Troll, I fart in your general direction, if not, Welcome!...
