hi, i am looking to train people in the nyc area. charging $50/session. i can meet for a free session in central park 1 on 1 or your choice of place in the area, for free, and see if you like my method of training.
i train myself for various fitness goals, such as being able to run a certain distance or to do a certain number of pullups. i believe in training you in the same way, but it is possible to lose fat in the process too, though it is not my main goal. my main forms of exercise are running and calisthenics(pushups,pullups, jumping over a bench,etc).
