Sweet uniform. Nice color combo's/design etc.

Thanks for the running post in my log. I need all the help I can get and will take your advice to heart.

Not sure about the testosterone nation article. Not sure who suggested it, but unfortunately it wasn't me.

One more thing, did you mean to say a 1/2 marathon at Gasparilla? I thought you were doing the whole thing.

Take care, Greg

No, i am doinh thee half. UI decided to focus on spead and buidling muscle. I already have the endurance for the full length, no problem,. but being fast an dstrong for the half will contribute to my 70.3 ironman RACE coming in may.

i will throw in a full length somwhere here soon, but not in an attempt for a competitive time.

Sweat Daily!

What time are you trying for this time? I'm guessing 1 hour 50 minutes, maybe 1:45. If you can do a slipping/sliding trail run in 2:02 that shouldn't be a problem, huh.

Incredible big man. What a pace! Keep up the good work.

What an inspiration to see Team Hoyt. I damn near cry every time I see a picture of them. They are incredible too.

So, next time I visit Florida, I can run and skydive in the same day? Not that I get there often, but maybe fairly soon.

I've got a step-brother that blows glass and is really good at it. I noticed he did the cover for the Gasparilla art festival magazine or something like that. My folks have the cover framed in their house and I saw it the other day. I knew Gasparilla sounded familiar for some reason. Congrats again on the great run and the great time.

Hey, check out my log and see the results of your coaching. Cya, Greg

When you visit FL- you can do whatever you want. i will go check your log. Official results f today's race inserted in original post above.

The "zone" was mine today. i feel very grateful, and thankful to my Creator. I was given a gift of fluid, lean, gliding, smooth run. Only mile 9-11 did I even have to dig into "willing to suffer."

this performance is beyond ME! TOTALLY!!!! 7:40's are on the wings of greater things than me baby!

what a day! Without this place, I may not have even recovered from injury well, let alone breaking the top ten percent of a major race like Gasparilla.

thank you all my friends, coaches, and peers in this place. THIS IS OUR TIME! Today was anyhow.

Tomorrow it will be time to dig right back in.

Nite.

I rode my new baby around some.

Fitness community may I introduce you to, the one, the only, keeper of my crotch, roller of my roll, sparkle of my eye, PRECIOUS!

she is professionally fitted and all.

One bike to rule them all, one bike to find them, one seat to bring them all, and for testicular cancer grind them? :D

Also, I checked with the Man Council beforehand and it's okay to make a LOTR reference when confronted with a Frodo-like use of the word "precious". Statute 5124.
