Hi guys! I'm alive and everything is going fantastic! Might have a bite on a design job with a local advertising agency, weather is spectacular, Mr. Giggles is better than I could ever imagine and I saw the 260s last week! :D:D:D

So sorry I haven't been around. Not much to say actually. I've not been doing the exercise thing... at all, so I've cut calories back. I'm going to start walking again and I need to get back with the arm toning stuff. My wings, they offend me.

Other than that, it's the same as it ever was.

you just enjoy your life amy :D but don't get off track. if you feel like you might just hop on here so we can encourage you to continue. great that you entered the 260's hehe hope you get into 250's even faster :D:D

*panting* Oy my god! I think I left a lung at the turn about 1/2 mile back. I just did 1 mile on the bike. I haven't been on that thing is oh... about 10 YEARS! I am so exhausted, I'm actually a bit dizzy. It's just too awesome!! :D:D Anyway, though I'd pop in and share that little milestone. Hope everyone is doing well! :D:D *big hugs*

AMY- hug, hug - HELLO!!!

Glad to hear you're alive and well. Isn't biking fun. I was out last weekend with my son. By the time we got where we were going I felt kind of light headed, and my "sit bones" hurt for days. It's a good work out hauling an extra 35lbs around in the trailer.
