No I've not seen the Gman since Tuesday. :(

I walked my goal route today!!! It's only 1.5 miles but it strays pretty far from my house. I was too cautious to do it before, just because I didn't want to get all the way out there and not make it back home again. It was actually a bit of a let down. A very easy walk - must set the bar higher next time.

Also I went up to the college to begin my re-enrollment process, I want to get some kind of photography specialty.. or a second degree. I don't think it should be too terribley hard as I already have one degree. I still have to make an appointment with a counselor and request official transcripts from my previous school - oh yeah and find a job so I can pay for the whole thing....

I did more today but it mostly involved reading & thinking. :eek:

Food & Activity:
Breakfast: soup, orange juice
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Lasagna thingy, salad with ranch & croutons, orange juice
Snack: protein bar, milk
Supper: homemade chinese chicken, sticky rice & 1 eggroll

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,629
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 230
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 41
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 89

Water (Goal 80 - 104oz): 60oz
Exercise: 1.5 miles in 30 minutes
 
Oooh, a second degree? Sounds good, sounds really good. Best of luck with that!! Again... I'm sounding like a broken record, but you're just doing so damn good. I'm proud of ya, keep doing your pepper thang. :D

I just weighed in... down by 1/2lb. Poop.

I always seem to stall out just before my next goal. But I think the blame falls squarely on the fact that I've had a ton of salt this week and minimal water. I reevaluated my Spark calories and their goals were higher than mine so I think I'll just leave those alone for now.

Time to break out the ol' water jug again. Hope the bladder doesn't go into over drive this time. :eek::eek::D

2.3 miles, an extension of my 'dream walk' from yesterday.
That was just so awesome. Awesome!! Up the one way, down past the school, around the back of the lake, up 4 blocks and around to my house. Fantastic.

Plans with Mr. Giggles Saturday include him coming to the house and meeting my mom. He already met my dad. Dad likes him. :D:D

Ok - time to go drown in the shower.
 
yay 1/2 a lb!!! From someone who's hit a plateau, I am very jealous :) good job. I'm glad your dad likes your man! yay for everything! :):):)
 
I WISH my daughter wasn't thinking of boys yet!

She has a "boyfriend" from swim team now - he calls almost every night, carries her swim bag out to our car, lets her know he has a Christmas present for her.

She's 10.
