I got my walk!! Yep - 1.4 miles in the sleet & rain. And I was still sweating like a pig under my coat.
Funny thing about that coat. It was bought 2 years ago, it's a size 32. When I bought it, I was so big that *no* winter coats fit me. None. We went to 5 different plus sized stores to find this ugly abomination. It's a 2 piece with a zip out lining in colors I wouldn't normally wear on a daily basis. I could pull out the lining and be able to wear the shell... just bearly. But my arm fudge was uncomfortable.
I can't even speculate what my ultimate top weight was, I was too big for any of our scales and I didn't have a doctor at that time. But at a size 32+ it couldn't have been pretty. 339lb was not my top weight... just my starting weight.
It's a bit overwhelming to think how far I've come in the last 2 years, both physically & emotionally. I must have really hated myself to let it get to that point. So to my past self I say this: I'm sorry for treating you so badly. I look at you now with compassionate eyes.
Anyway, so after my little pyro fun I started feeling cruddy. But I figured out the problem... I'd forgotten to take my medicine for the last two days which would account for the headaches.
Doh.
My calories are atrocious today, unacceptable. Thats 4 low days in a 7 day span. I wouldn't think that kind of yo-yoing can be good for the metabo. I've go to get refocused! Mr. G is great but my health has got to be priority numero uno.
... have I mentioned how great Mr. Giggles is?
