I ate le' breakfast today. Granted it was at 10:30 when I woke up.. but still breakfast. :D

Had a great day. I keep getting the urge to do a cartwheel. Too bad I never learned how. Hmm.. might have to try when I get down to a good weight.. goal #374..lol

Food & Activity:
Breakfast: 1/4c. granola, yogurt
Lunch: "meal ball" sub made with a 6" Subway Veggie delight sub, 1 boca burger & 1/2c. ragu, 2 T. parmesan cheese
Snack: , a small apple, 7 mini rice cakes
Supper: 1 bratwurst, 3/4c. broccoli cheddar rice (made without butter), couple table sppon canned cabbage (gross!!)

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,583
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 207
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 51
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 67

Water: 104oz
Exercise: 1 mile, 15 minutes of Yoga
Chin Stretches 50 reps.
Abdominal twists 50 reps.
Bicep curls 50 reps.
Crunches 75 reps.
Dumbell Rows 50 reps.
Hammer Curls 50 reps.
Leg Curls 50 reps.
Tricep Curls 50 reps.
Wrist Curls 50 reps.
Weighted Squats 50 reps.
Weighted Shrugs 50 reps.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day...no one said it had to be in the morning...even if you wake up at noon! hehe

LOL.... the trick is when you do the cartwheel not to stop half way in between, Kinda rough on the noggin.

no one said breakfast has to be at 7 am. when you wake up its breakfast time. always eat your breakfast. Now if i can just follow my own advice.
you can always have your new boyfriend fix you breakfast in bed.
 
cartwheels just make you dizzy and fall down.. you don't wanna do that.. get onthe floor while your yoga-ing. and do a somersalt.. least you'll already be down :D
 
When I'd tried to do a cartwheel.. I'd get part way, chicken out and go into a handstand, then fall on my back. :eek:... I can do a somersalt with the best of them though :D

Mr. HB.. you can cartwheel??
 
well I ustacould. I'm pretty sure I still can. My football coach made me take gymnastics many many many years ago. It could have been worse, the quarterbacks had to take ballet lol.....

I used to be able to do cartwheels, but I wasn't at all graceful:eek: Maybe that'll be my goal...when I reach my goal weight, I'll teach myself how to do cartwheels again. :D
 
not a tutu - that was ballet -he wore a sassy leotard.. and probably put his hair up ina pony tail.. now i ownder if he had glitter eyeshadow like the gymanstics chickies on tv :D
 
A classic indeed - I own the box set with that, Sixteen Candles and Weird Science. I used to watch Weird Science and Breakfast club on a near daily basis from the time I was like 5 - that is until our old VHSs died. When they came out on dvd I nearly cried..lol

Hmm watching them now - what the hell is a 5 year old doing watching those movies and how the hell did I grow up to be so straight laced: I rarely ever drinking, never smoked a day in my life and the harder stuff I wouldn't know where to find if I wanted too!
