Evening All.. so tired tonight, slight headache. Bleck. :p
Just couldn't seem to get motivated to do anything today. Need to get some kind of routine going. Darn holidays have got me all messed up!


Food & Activity
Breakfast: large apple, few crackers, leftover cheese dip
Lunch: lean cuisine sesame chicken with veggies, salad with sesame dressing, orange juice
Snack: cheese & crackers
Supper: chili with cheese & some blue corn chips, 1 graham cracker

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,546
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 205
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 58
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 57

Water (Goal 80 - 104oz): 100oz
Exercise: 1.9 miles
 
Oh, I know how you feel! I feel like if I could just get into a routine, things would be SO much easier! :( But I just think about school starting soon...then my life will be way TOO routine, but that's good I guess. I was loosing weight fine then lol. It'll be back to normal before you know it! :)

The holidays have thrown a slight kink in my routine as well. I tried getting up this morning to do my morning exercise (my normal time is 4:50 a.m.) and I went to bed at 11...which didn't help..I'm a walking zombie right now... and I feel like I didn't give my all during exercising... and my eating has been good...not as good as when I'm on my routine...but still far better than when I was living a sedentary lifestyle! So that's good atleast... Hope you ahve a GREAT day!
 
Man, I got nothing done today! :mad:
I went to Mr. Giggle's house to check on his dog & cat since he won't be home until the weekend. Then headed into the big town to return some things just to find that I had left my purse at home. I had to drive allll the way to the house (about a 30 minute drive - roughly) then back to town again to get some knitting needles & yarn. I wanted to start a beret tonight. BUT I get home and the needles were all wrong. Right length, wrong stinking gauge. Poop.

Yesterday while I vegged out on the couch with a migraine, I watched Miami Ink on TLC. And I've decided to mark my first major weight goal (260lb)... with another tattoo. :D:D:D Something to do with the shoulder to shoulder back piece that I want to eventually have that I started back in 2004... maybe another koi, a lotus, a maple leaf or something. We'll see, I want to check into Japanese symbolism & brush painting before I go jumping into it. I love tattoos! I'm so excited!! *energetically jumping around in chair* :D:D:cool:

Welp, I'm done eating for the day so I might as well post calories since I'm on here...

Well I did something uber stupid...

Went to see Giggles last night at work. His sister sent me a little bag of fudge. I didn't head home until 3am this morning. (he works 3rds of course) And I was tired and trying to stay awake while I drove..... by the time I got home I had eated all 8 pieces of fudge. 550 calories at 3:00am. :eek: Stupid. Stupid!! :mad:

I'm going to have to do my extended 2.3 mile walk, there's just no way around it.

Wow darn eveil fudge I did a simalar thing with peanutbutter
fudge on Xmas eve I ate about 4 pieces but also 2 cupcakes a brownie and
3 peanutbutter pinwheels(known as potatoe candy except I make mine with
cream cheese)hmmmm thats where this 8lb gain came from lol!
What kind of doggies does Mr Giggles have?I hope you find energy today

oh man its times like this im glad i we dont do the whole xmas candy thing here in nz other than chocolate bikkies :/

I got my walk in - 2 miles, though my lungs and legs protested I soldiered on with the thought of that darn fudge. And I skipped 'lunch', I had fudge for breakfast at 3am so the actual breakfast will count as lunch instead. I'm not expecting anything at weigh in tomorrow. And seriously - why should I? I used the holidays as an excuse to back-paddle. Damnit, I am stronger than I tell myself.

Since then, I have had the BEST afternoon. I have a big corny smile plastered on my face. My aunty sent me two adorable, hand-knit hats, I got 90% of my errands done, I exchanged the size 24 xmas pants for 22s (22s!!! :eek: ) I got a couple of shirts in a size 18/20(!) and I got this yummy push up bra that makes my jumblies look spectacular. I have gone from a snug size 46D to a comfy size 40C.

So am I bragging? Ok, maybe a little... but I feel like I owe everyone sooo much. If I could personally give each of you a hug, I would! Mostly - I want people who read this, who aren't quite at the mindset to break the dangerous habits that keep them at an unacceptable weight, to know that there's hope. Hell, I am admittedly one of the laziest people I know sometimes. But if you decided, "Ok - no excuses" then you can accomplish anything.

I forgot to post foods before I left to visit Giggles! Ooops.
Giggles approves of the new jumblies, by the way. He says that I need to throw all the old bras out... I was thinking the same thing. ;)
