Mmm burning pants! sounds like my idea of a party!

We should all do it for guyfawkes this year on the bombfire! (or in my case in a bucket because bombfires are illegal).
 
Goooood Morning everyone!!! Just poopin my head in the see what's shakin' I'm not really here. :D;) I'm making apple, nut, butternut squash & flaxseed muffins for our Sunday baked goodness. If they turn out well, I may post the recipe.

OK - they sound too incredibly healthy for words!
I have an annual pumpkin bread recipe that is beyond delicious...but I'm afraid to modify the recipe and it is OMGoverthetoprediculouslyCALORIC ;)

Call off the search party I am indeed alive!! It's okay!! And yes I brought muffins for everyone (made 2 dozen :eek: )!! Looks like I'll be eating muffins for a while. :D:D:D But they are soo yummy!! Better a few hours later - the ginger oil seeped into the muffiny goodness. But holy moly I don't think I can eat more than one - this sit heavy!!!

*hehe* that was my number when I played hs basketball lol... it is also the number of my favourite hockey player. Go habs go!

Dude! It's like - kismet! Won't you come to Indiana (I gots muffins!!!) and make a lil' pepper girl happy!? *stares dreamily into Mikeypoo's av* ...lol

Busy day! This is my first chance to catch my breath! I hate the time change. It feel so much later than it actually is. Right now the clock says 10:00pm.. but my body says it's 11:00pm and I should be packing it in right now.

I did horrible at breakfast but I watched the portion size. Lunch wasn't great either but I made up for it with supper, plus all the yummy muffins. But I didn't get much water. :eek:

Tomorrow is going to suck something hard core... the first of my rounds of fillings. I hope they don't numb my mouth.

And I'm babbling. Yay!!.. lol

Food & Activity:
Breakfast: hash brows with milk gravy
Lunch: lean cuisine pizza, cranberry juice (I could have had Sonic but I didn't yay me!!)
Supper: big salad with a bunch of different veggies, grilled chicken breast
Snack: 2 muffins.. i feel bloated & gassy now. :eek:

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,577
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 195
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 83
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 61

Water: about 50oz. :eek:
Exercise: none - rest day!

Ill trade you for my baked vege recipe (providing you like sweet potato and pumpkin)

Hey g'morning pepper. The muffin recipe looks great though I have no Idea what a flax seed is. down here we throw out the seeds, we don't put them inside the food lol.......
Now your recipe cant compare to mine. I open the package and add water and and and..... well yours are probably better for me lol......
