Evening everyone! Today has been pretty frustrating. I feel like I've gotten nothing done - I mean I did, I coded part of Mr. Giggle's website & got a big chunk of his work up but I still feel like I should be doing more in the line of work.

I wish they made a pill for creativity. :p

I think I did pretty well with my goals today.

Instead of having a sugary soda, which looked so good silling there all cold-like in the fridge, I made a fizzy drink with juice & club soda. Pretty yummy! I'm working on bottle #3 of my 4 20oz bottles of water. And exercise will come shortly. (Tomorrow I'm going to start doing it first thing in the morning.)

My step on the scale today wasn't anything official - I was just curious. Normally I try to weigh at the same time every Friday (about 9:30am), that way I know for sure that there is nothing in question.

Anyway - best get to exercising. Night all!! :D

Breakfast: apple bran muffin, chi tea with 2T. half & half, 1 tsp. honey
Lunch: pita pocket stuffed with veggies, hummus & feta cheese with some coleslaw & pepper sliced to go with it
Supper: chili, 1pc. of cornbread, 1/3c. cottage cheese
Snacks: bread & cheese, fizzy orange mago juice

Your lunch looks good. Damned if I can never find a pita pocket on the godforsaken island. I used to work out in the mornings also, it gave me less chances to find an excuse not too...but now...well, I have to be to work at the crack of dawn and have my son to the sitter even earlier...so no work outs. But working out in the morning is probably the best time (in my opinion). Hope your day rocks.

Your doing great!! You are sure creative with the drink's! It sounds yummy and different.The only diet pop I can stand is diet red barqs cream soda it taste pretty good add a scoop of vanilla frozen yogart and yummy!! Goodluck with the website you'll get there,Tammy
 
Good morn- er... afternoon! I actually just got up. :eek:
Today should be easy enough to stay in range - I slept through breakfast! ..lol.

I'm going to do les exercices and then I need to get to work on posting the next section of the website i it should be up and fully functional very shortly! Yayyy!!

7??? my buzzer goes off at 5:10 am. Geesh, even on weekends I have to get up before 7...the downfall of having a kid with an inner alarm clock.

Yes low, but I ate a lot of fresh fruit and veggies and definately didn't go hungry.

Slept through breakfast again and did all my exercising for today, Yay!
Hmmm.. I feel like chinese. Now my delema - the mixed veggie dish that's like moogoogipan or hot and sour soup & cream cheese wontons...
 
Oh Chinese! Yum! I have been craving that for weeks. I just said to one of my co-workers this morning, at when hubby is finally off the night shifts we're having chinese.

Chinese is my downfall. I think its the sodium, if I eat it, even the not loaded with cals and fat stuff I still gain at least two lbs the days following.

Eeep! Don't tell me that!! I had both :eek: ;) lol.... but only half of the rice & veggies and I've got frozen fruit defrosting for my snack so it should all even out just fine. Yay! ... water - must drown my bladder in copious amounts of water!..lol.

It's officially 3:30pm and all I've done today is eat, exercise & shop.
But I bought a new dress! It's one of those cute baby doll dresses from the Old Navy. Apparently I'm down to a low enough size that I can buy from the regular sized section! Yay! No more slinking to the back of the store to my designated area like some kind of leper! Woot! :D:D ...lol.

Mkae - I've got to do laundry & pick up my room & illustrate a birthday card for Saturday & work on Mr. Giggle's website. Good thing everyone gets home late tonight!! :eek:
