yea peq, even tho im jealous :p i hope urs doesnt yo-yo back, cause mine did :( now it says 277.8 i am hoping it will drop b4 my weekly weigh in tomorrow.....but congrats, u are doin awesome!!!

I say no-no to the yo-yo!! Sometimes I have a big loss and the next week a smaller/no loss but it usually don't bounce back up, so I am pulling for ya! :D
 
GAH! Holy junk! I just wrote out a full post venting about my day and the minor drama the occurred at Mr. Giggle's house, then something glitched and poof the whole darn post was gone.

I don't have time to rewrite it all, I need to get to bed so that I can get up early for the doctor's appointment tomorrow. Just let me leave you with these parting words by Paulo Coelho:

"We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation. It's one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it's another to think that yours is the only path."

Think before you judge people, their heart, intellect and strength could surprise the hell out of you. :mad:

congrats on the weight loss hun! its even better cos you didnt even need to work out hard to acieve this - shows what healthy eating does. atm i am amazed by how much i can eat and stay under 1500 cals.
your doctor is goin to be impressed for sure

No the problem wasn't between Giggles and I, but Giggles and some people in his community. They've labeled him something. This is bad enough because it's not true, just a judgment based on very little information. But then last week we had the egging - ok fine. An easy remedy if not a little annoying. Then this weekend his house was broken into. Nothing was taken, they just left his door open and walked away. Not sure for how long since he was away for a couple of days but his toilet and sink were frozen as was the dog's water dish. (dog and cat are fine)

This makes me so mad because they don't know him. He's a great guy, he keeps to himself and doesn't bug anyone, but still people have make trouble. Gah! :mad:

So the doctor was quite pleased to see the progress made. I swear he made a little squeal when he saw 30lb down since my last visit and left with a big grin on his face. He said to continue what I'm doing as it is apparently working. Yay!

Welp, I'm tired and I have a visitor here with me - Giggle's dog is staying the night as Casa de Amy. :D:D

That sux P - sorry to hear that the ppl in his community are asses...Im also glad to hear the cat and dog are ok...Congrats on the docs office
