I spent a three day weekend with Mr. Giggles. I lurve spending time with him. *swoon* I got to meet his parents, they seem like a firey group over at that house. They're great! I can definitely see where Giggles gets his personality.

Anyway - it's late and I though I'd better check in.

Woo Jasper eh? That's not too far from me! I haven't been to Holiday World in at least 10 years. I always loved going!

Goood morning everyone!

lol, no comment on the metal ceremonies. :D

Meeting his parents was great. They remind me soo much of my parents! Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet his sister who is about my age, she was out for the night. I hope to meet her soon though.

Some butt-hole egged our cars at Giggle's house. It's so cold out, the eggs just froze to the windows. I need to remember to hose it off this afternoon before it messes up the paint. Why do people have to do that?? :mad::rolleyes:

On the food front, the weekend was fine if not severely under goal. I made a few loaves of Parmesan Herb Focaccia bread, we mainly nibbled on that. Well except for the Chinese on Saturday and the Mexican on Sunday... but they weren't that bad.

I stepped on the scale this morning, 278.5 - woohoo. I'm not counting it as any kind of official weigh in but I was exceedingly happy to see that extra little bit from last week had decided to go away. *happy dance*

Weight lifting and toning today so no walk... that's just as well because it is FREEZING out there. The current temperature says 20 degrees F, with windchill, 13. And we're supposed to have a few flurries the rest of the week. Ick.

Ok.. I'm babbling. I need to get to work.

Congrats on seeing the underside of the 280 mark!! Very Cool! :D (and sorry to hear about the car egg'ing) :(
 
Yeah, its been a solid 10 years on the holiday world thing for me too, but supposedly they have the worlds biggest wooden coaster being built right now....which is kind of a thing to brag about like "worlds fastest horse and buggy". Silly Amish.

Oh I hear it's uber scary! Mainly because it's a regular roller coaster except it squeaks & groans & sways with the wind. It's like it could topple over at any minute. Actually - I think they finished building it last year.
 
Car Egging is like the worst thing you can do - its so silly and can do so much damage.

Soaking it off is the best bet, that way it shouldnt screw the paintwork up to much :)
