So far, total calories are 1107 I have 293calories left

I plan on just having cereal w/ milk later on so that should top at like 190 leaving me in a nice deficit :) I like how I learned to be a little sly w/ my devilish treats. They still fit into my allotted calories for the day.

Oh I bought a jump rope!!! FINALLY For the past couple of weeks it has been 7 something and I will never pay that much for rope, sheez I'd rather jump the phantom one. But today!! I don't know why it was 3 dollars! : D SCORE

Did about 30 minutes of jump rope, so awesome and harder to do with an actual rope!

Grand Total 1627. Not in any way Ideal loosing weight calories but still close to 500 from my daily needed to maintain weight so I'm good. I'll hit the gym tomorrow, I'm actually looking forward to it. I think I'll let go of running completely, I was never an active kid or teenager for that matter and my joints are not used to that pressure (I sound like I'm 100). I figure I'll walk at 3.3-3.5mph and go at the incline of 8 to start and go up to 12. Then after that hit the elliptical for 30 minutes then then stair master thingy for 15. Tuesday is my free day and man Imma work so hard!! :D

As for exercise I burned a little over 500 cals at the gym after work. I remember that when I was in the 160s, in the exact machine for the exact amount of time and intensity I would have been at 600 D: WHY does it get harder >.<! What ever man, I'll just keep kicking butt.

I burned 350 on the elliptical
Burned 154 walking home from the gym (a little over 2 miles)
I jumped rope for like 30 minutes on and off and really felt it, calories burned unknown ~ according to an online calculator if I do it non stop for 30 minutes I burn 350something. hopefully I burned close to 100-- I was sweating and my thighs burned afterward :D

quiet a lazy day~ I did walk to my old CC and visited my old boss and talked for an hour! That was fun. I also played Harvest Moon TOT all morning LOL I stood up though, if I play a video game I wont sit down, if I'm tired then I stop playing.

I really want to! I'm already close to 1600 for today.
I don't feel to hot but I'm going to change that! I think it has to do with my period about to come, yes I can sense it.
I won't let these few days get me down D: I've done AMAZING overall. I have to keep that mind set, I find that I feel blue when I'm not active or constantly working towards something. I like having goals all the time and downtime just messes with me.

I would love to jump on a bus and go the gym but I cant! My gym closes so freaking early on weekends!!! WHEN WE NEED IT THE MOST WTF BALLYS. I tried to find gyms that are close by and open late or for longer than 5PM on sundays WTF again! and I couldn't. I can't do my DVDs because our dvd player is connected to the main TV which my mother has taken over. I guess I'm just bitchy right now. I'm ok... I think I'm ok.

I'm going to shower and then prepare for tomorrow, at least that keeps me moving. I'll clean too. and do my eyebrows. and Iron my shirt for tomorrow. lol I'm actually starting to feel better. I pray and hope that tomorrow will be great. I know it will, I just need to chill.

I got my friend/monthly visitor/period what ever people call it and didn't end up going. I wont go to the gym while I have my period, I just feel to gross. Instead this week I'm cutting my calories lower than usual

I ended topping out at 1300something less than 1400 though. I calculated it before I went to sleep and forgot to log it.

My mom bought me some dark chocolate bar with almonds from some fundraiser at her school (shes a teacher) and the whole bar is almost 400 calories. OH TEMPTATION....

As for exercised... does work count? Lol. I'll just walk in place fast like I did yesterday and I worked up a sweat! Its a bummer having my period but I'll make the best out of it.

Exercise~ the past few days I've been walking in place quickly and working up a bit of sweat. Today however I went shopping with my mom and that was exercise enough! She leaves for a work trip next week and we're trying to make sure she's ready to go. On top of that her childhood friend will be coming to visit and staying the week two weeks from now so we're starting our spring cleaning and that will burn thousands!!

Overall it has been a good week, I've been good with my calories I keep seeing myself thinner~We'll see Tuesday ;p
 
Cleaning is great exercise. Gets all the muscles working.

It is!!! After vacuuming I always find that I end up sweating.

Yesterday was great! I spend the day with my cousins, talked, laughed and cried for my great aunt (their grandmother) that passed last year.

After my post last night I did not eat anything! I actually exercised and then went to bed. I'm not too happy about being in the danger zone so many days in a row.

The day is GORGEOUS!! It'll be 70 and in the North East (US) in April that is so uncommon! I'll walk half way home and then take the bus--close to 7 miles (I didn't wear the right shoes to walk home). I've done it before a handful of times and man does it feel great.

I slept over my cousins house and in the bathroom they have a full length mirror, (something I don't have) and I was AMAZED at how much I've toned up. My chichos (rolls ) are gone!!! I can see my back muscles and my obliques. Not so much the abs, but the obliques are noticable now :D

Thats so exciting when you start noticing the change in the mirror! Like being more toned- and looser clothes! I love it, its enough to keep you even more motivated!

I am also with you on the gym closing so early on the weekends.. why would they do it!!! Cant they realize that most people work during the week- and have weekends off?? Logic people! haha

Thank you for stopping by Cheekygal!!! I think when I notice the slightest things I get a rush of happy :D Even today, my arms and abs are SORE so sore. But that makes me happy because it reminds me of how hard I worked the day before. I'll do the exercise dvd again today, I think today's session is just cardio but the guy loves weights so I'll see...

I asked one of the girls (receptionist) why my gym closes so early, and she just shrugged. Lol.
