Good job thinking ahead about the hospital food situation and being prepared. It can be SO frustrating to be hungry and have no good choices available.
And I hope your aunt continues to do better.
I love walking, it sucks that today I woke up a little late and missed the nice cool weather. As for the hospital visit, I couldn't bring fruit because my last banana was eaten by an unknown--- I think it was my older brother, but no one wants to admit they ate it. Anyways, I ended up buying a healthy granola bar, of which I had to give half to my little cousins. All in all, it was a good day. My great aunt is where the Doc's predicted, 2 steps forward 1 back. She was better last week, but this week she was a little weaker.

Water: 12 cups
Exercise: Constant walking while doing groceries for 2 (1/2) hours
Yesterday was hot and humid, horrible. It is why I had to drink 12 cups of water. The Wal-mart we go to recently expanded to become a super wal-mart, with a ton of fruit and veggies. So we bought a lot of fruits and veggies as well as other necessities like a new acne medication. Since it was father's day the entire menu was very Caribbean-ish, rice mixed in with vegetables, grilled salmon and plantains.

Exercise: walked around the house doing chores, so not walking tonight...
