I still have my pedometer.

I need to increase my stepcount...
my old counts were much better...
of course I am aged 53 now and 5 years older...

Anna - you are doing great. Anything in excess of 10,000 steps is excellent according to all the experts. I encourage you to take up dancing it is tons of fun.

I did tons of walking during the day (more than normal on a Tuesday as I had a lot of steps for last week to beat if I wanted challenge points for doing that) then there was 2.5 hours of salsa at night...

I freely admit that I would not have walked as far during the day if I had managed to load a current photo onto the computer so that I could earn the points that way.
 
You did great too - you got over the magic 10,000 steps. :)

Adding the photos is a great idea because everyone always finds each other's photos so motivating. Lets face it - often the pictures are why people buy so many diet magazines... Everyone gets motivated by the reassurance that all the hard work will pay off.

I'm just so irritated that I havent managed to load up a picture of me now... I have pictures of me at my big size and ones of bigger than this and smaller than this from when I did my big project... I just have none at this size... We took some the other night and then couldnt get the lead to work and I can't find the other lead...
