Pectoral Development

What is the most effective way to develop well toned large pecs.My current routine consists of 3 sets of 20 reps of dumbell flys, as well as 3 sets of 20 reps of bench press with free weights. Is this enough? I know things like form largely play a part in this. I would kill for great pecs and have varied my routine many times with out great effectiveness. I have some pecs but very underdevolped and im good shape. My bro has good pecs, so I know genetically its within my capabilities.

Could someone please tell the most effective excercises, amount of reps, and sets and the approximite length it might take to develop them. Thanks for your time everyone!

My diet is also a good rounded protein diet.

20 reps is too much for the bench. I would suggest 8-12. Pick a weight that you can hardly do for that many reps and keep doing that. Flies are good, even some back excercises can help develop the chest. Focus mainly on form. Go slow. Good luck!
