Hi all,
Wondering if you could help me out (again
)...
I work out at home at the moment because I can't afford the gym (or find the time to go), I have dumbells and barbells for working my biceps, I do 100 sit ups 3 times a week for my stomach and press ups for my triceps. This all works well cause I've only got a little appartment but I really want to work on my pecs some cause they are non-existent whilst the rest of my upper body muscle/strength is improving rapidly.
Unfortunately I do not have room for a bench and therefore cannot do benchpresses, is there any other way to build my chest muscles? I have read some other threads on this and I think I might also find it hard to build them because I don't really feel they exist and therefore when doing press ups (for example) use only my triceps...
Cheers in advance
