I know theres a post about pecks right below this but i shoot anyway. ok...first off im 16, 260lbs recently ive lost about 20 lbs but put it back on a good solid muscle. ok..the top portion of my pecks are developed but the part i guess referded to as the "man boob" still hasn't developed very well. What can i do to devlope the lower pecks. Also..how long does it take this muscle to develop visualy? like to where u can accualy see it good?
