Sport Peanut Butter- oh name the ways!

Every afternoon I cut up an apple and dip it in peanut butter....Helps get my fat intake up to where it needs to be and it tastes good as hell!

Good healthy bread is difficult to find in my area (The wheat bread in my store is CRAP--has CRAP ingredients), so I settle for pita bread (whole wheat flour, yeast, and salt, YES!). And, pita is cheap to boot, about $1.00 per pack of 12 (or 24 halves).....lasts a long time and goes far, baby!

So the closest I get to a NPB and Jelly sandwhich is a NPB and jelly Pita pocket sandwhich. (and the jelly is as near as natural as one can get without added, "fricken" sugar ).

I confess freelly.......I LOVE NPB.....Its a major weakness.....BUH! But I control it

Another love and favorite: Cinnimon and Raisin Swirl Natural Peanut Butter (now this flat ROCKS!)

Hmm about wheat bread, for some reason my whole wheat bread still has high fructose corn syrup, whats up with that?
